Alanna Crandall


My goal this week was to add in a new design into the volleyball project that I had going on. I wanted to use the pink and orange together and create an interesting abstract photomontage.

    the ball is still bleeding pink lol but it is still really cooooool

    It took me a minute to see the girl in there. Maybe you should make the gray abstract lines a different color so you can see the girl a little better.

    These abstract pieces are coming out very cool! I can definitely see a progression between the pink volleyball and the greyscale/orange volleyball.

    As April had said about not being able to see the girl right away, I believe that this is a really neat affect. I find it very cool that someone could be thinking this piece is just abstract when all of a sudden it hits the viewer and they see recognizable objects within the work. I think your on to something and you might want to keep playing around with this style!
